Label Printer help

Print a sheet of address labels, product tags, or barcodes on the Avery-style sheets you already have. Design one label, fill the rest from a CSV, and send it to the printer.

Steps

1. Pick a sheet. Choose an Avery preset or type the measurements for your own. The tool checks the numbers add up to the page.
2. Design one label. Add text, a Code 128 barcode, a QR code, or a rectangle. Use {column} tokens where data goes.
3. Add data. Drop a CSV. Each row becomes one label. Skip this for a sheet of identical labels.
4. Set the start cell so a part-used sheet lines up. Nudge the print offset in millimetres if your printer drifts.
5. Print. Use the browser dialog and set scaling to 100 percent. Save as PDF from the same dialog.

Limits

• Linear barcodes are Code 128 only. EAN, UPC, and DataMatrix are planned.
• Images in a label are not supported yet. Text, barcode, QR, and rectangle are.
• Print scaling has to be 100 percent or the label positions shift.

The design and the CSV stay in your browser. The saved template is stored in this browser only.
