Invoice Maker produces a plain, professional PDF invoice without an account or a watermark. Save your clients and your common line items once, then pick them for the next document. The same form makes quotes and receipts by changing the heading and the terms.

Clients, items, and your business details are stored in your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server, and the PDF is built on your machine.

How to use it

  1. Fill in your business details once. They are saved for later invoices.
  2. Add or pick a client. Add line items with quantity, rate, and tax.
  3. Set the invoice number, dates, and any note or payment terms.
  4. Switch the document type to quote or receipt if that is what you need.
  5. Download the PDF. The preview updates as you type.

Common questions

Is there really no watermark or signup?

Correct. The PDF is clean and there is no account. The tool is free to use.

Where are my clients and items stored?

In your browser's local storage, on this device only. Clearing site data removes them, so export anything you need to keep.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. The logo is embedded in the PDF and kept with your business details for reuse.

Does it calculate tax and totals?

Per-line tax, a subtotal, tax total, and grand total are calculated as you edit. Discounts are a line item.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The form and the PDF both work on a phone browser, though a wider screen is easier for long invoices.
